Viewing 3D presentations can be difficult when away from the office with unreliable internet connections.
Enabling offline viewing mode stores a secure copy of a Jig on your device so you don’t need to be connected to the internet to view it. This is designed for when you’re in remote areas, basements, hospitals, or events like trade shows and exhibitions with unreliable network connectivity.
Offline viewing is only available on paid subscriptions.
Enabling offline mode
Starting in the main menu looking at your list of content. Tap on the Jig you’d like to enable offline mode for and then click on the {icon-more.svg} button.

As soon as the toggle is tapped, the Jig will be downloaded to your device. You’ll notice there is now a new icon on your Jigs thumbnail {icon-offline.svg}.

Note: Once offline mode is activated and you’re not connected to the internet, any edits you make to the content will not be synced or saved with your account.

To disable offline mode, return to the same panel location and tap on the ‘Available offline’ toggle again.
Updating offline content
To update content you have set to offline mode that has been updated by someone else in your team, you will need to disable, then re-enable, the offline mode to download the latest version of the Jig to your device.
