There are three paid subscription tiers of JigSpace: Starter, Organization, and Enterprise.
Starter and Organization subscriptions provide greater functionality and features to JigSpace users and teams. The enhanced features are accessible from the same JigSpace apps that you used when you first activated your JigSpace account or subscription.
Pricing model
The JigSpace pricing model is based on additional features and additional user accounts.
Free accounts have limited JigSpace functionality and up to 2 user accounts for free. While a Starter or Organization plan gives you more functions and user accounts on a subscription plan rate. View and compare functions, number of user accounts, and pricing - see our plans here.
User accounts and user roles
A user account is not for a specific user, and can be filled by any Creator or Presenter user at any time. You can swap out who ‘sits’ in a user account as much as you like with no change to your bill.
A creator is someone who can create or edit content in JigSpace. They can upload 3D files, manage team Jigs, and file permissions.
A presenter is someone who can view, present, and share Jigs from JigSpace. They have permanent access to team presentations or files shared with them from creators in the same team.
A guest viewer is someone who is given 72 hours temporary access to view or present a Jig. They are not members of a team, and do not count towards billing costs.
A team manager is a presenter or creator who is able to invite, add, or remove users to the team, and edit roles and permissions.
How subscription costs are calculated
Free subscriptions are free. That is $0 for teams of 1-2 users.
Starter
Starter subscriptions can be month to month, or annual contact. Annual subscriptions have a 30% saving on their base cost.
Monthly starter plans cost USD$200/month for 4 users if paying per month. Additional team users cost $25/month/user.
For example a team with 6 users will pay $250/month ($200 Starter subscription + $25 x 2 additional users).
Annual starter plans cost $1,680 for 4 users. Additional users cost $300/year/user.
For example a team with 6 users will pay $2,280/year ($1,680 + $300 x 2 additional users).
Organization
Organization subscriptions start at USD$6,000/year, which includes up to 10 user seats and 50 Jigs. Additional team users (above the first 10) cost $600/year/user.
e.g. an Organisation subscription with 20 user seats would pay $12,000/year ($6,000 Organisation subscription + $600 x 10 additional users).
Enterprise
Enterprise subscriptions are customized to the needs of the corporation or educational institution, and typically include 100s-1000s of user seats.
Typical terms or ad-hoc items that are negotiable for inclusion in Enterprise subscriptions include:
- Volume-based pricing for user seats
- Price incentives for multi-year commitments
- Studio services or custom support fees, where applicable
- Custom software integration fees, where applicable
Other information
User costs are calculated at the monthly or annual billing anniversary and charged in advance.
Note: all subscriptions are priced in US dollars.
