No. Our Free plan won’t cost you a thing. You only start paying for a Team subscription after adding more than 3 users.
Of course! Our accounts are open to anyone, so if you want to upgrade up to a paid Team subscription, you can do that at any time.
We do not require a credit card details prior to creating an account. You only need a paid subscription when your team size goes to 4 or more users, or your upgrade to this tier on request. An automated charge will be made every month, or year, depending on your subscription, with the option to pay manually via invoice or bank transfer available to Organization subscribers.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. Please be aware that we don’t offer refunds for a billing period that you’ve already paid for. See Billing & Cancellation.

Creators are able to create and edit Jigs, and can manage content and organization permissions. You can also set team users as read-only 'Presenters'. Both user types count towards your team licensed user total.
