"Team Jigs" is a popular new feature within JigSpace. Why? Now it's even easier to collaborate on 3D presentations with your team.
Here's JigSpace Head of Product, Sam to show you the ins and outs of how "Team Jigs" works and, some insider tips on how to get the most out of the new functionality:

"Hi! We've made it faster to share team-wide content for Jig Pro users. For example sharing a product demo with the team of sales reps or 3D instructions with a team of technicians. And importantly, this feature is now right inside the JigSpace app. Let me show you how this is done.
I've got a Jig here now that I am ready to share with my team. All I have to do is tap on the settings button here.
I'm just going to update the title of this because i want everyone to know this is okay for external use and I'm pasting in a description to say it's ready to go to market.
Now if I scroll to the bottom of this panel you'll see down the bottom at the share section there is now a team access option. If I toggle this to ON - like so - It will be available for everyone in my team to be able to view and present.
I have also got the option underneath that which says "allow re-sharing" this lets me control if i want my team members to be able to generate a QR code or a share link to send on. I can disable that or allow. I'm going to allow because I want them to share this with their customers.
I'm going to save that and you'll see now if I go to the new "Team Jigs" area that this Jig that I just saved and shared with my team is now in the Team Jigs area right here. This means everyone can see it and it's easily shared. I don't have to invite anyone individually. Anyone who has access to the Team Jigs area can view this which is great.
We also have here on the ellipsis menu in the top right corner here (I'm going to tap) the ability to generate a QR code if i tap that now every jig has a QR code pre-built as part of it and you can either download it or share it directly from this screen if you're in a face-to-face meeting you can just hand this to someone and they can scan it with their own iphone which is a great way to instantly share your 3D content with each other.
I'm just going to save this one to the camera roll to email later.
Go back.. so now you can see we've got this great new menu.
We've got "My Jigs" which is Jigs that you are the actual owner of that you've created and are still the owner of.
"Team Jigs" which are all the different types of content that your team members have decided to share with each other in the shared area.
And "Shared with me" which are individual Jigs that have been shared with me from a teammate and this is typically for me to edit or provide feedback on.
